Qualifications

• Strong understanding of facilities operations, safety regulations, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure safety and functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships and service levels for facilities needs.
• Lead administrative services including procurement, mail, reception, and policies.
• Plan and manage budget for facilities and admin functions.
