Job summary

Based in Cebu, Philippines, the position collaborates with Global Transformation and Enablement teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience in manufacturing or BPO.
• Supervisory experience in a shared service setting is preferred.
• Lean practitioner is a plus.
• Experience with large ERP systems, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP processing and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Data Management, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report teams to address issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external performance reporting and SLA/KPI tracking.
• Monitor period-end closing and balance sheet integrity activities.
• Provide training and mentoring to PtP staff and Team Leads.
