Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking an Analyst-Accounts Payable (AP) to join its Cebu-based shared services center in the Philippines. The AP Analyst will handle data collection, account reconciliation, and correspondence tracking, delivering timely service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities include matching invoices to POs, processing exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Dover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in invoice matching or payables processing.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel; SharePoint a plus.
• Experience with Oracle system.

Responsibilities

• Receive and match supplier invoices to PO and receipt data in the accounting system.
• Perform exception invoice processing including Non-PO invoices and payments while adhering to Dover processes.
• Analyze invoice matching errors and develop corrective action plans to remediate those errors.
• Interact with suppliers in a courteous manner and coordinate with Procurement for guidance on supplier relationships.
• Maintain productivity and meet service level agreements in a complex environment.
