Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inpatient CDI supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU or Med/Surg preferred).
• BSN degree and active RN license with PHRN or USRN credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CDI team production and quality activities.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics; coach and develop team.
• Ensure documentation practices align with ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, CMS/OIG regulations.
