Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Supervisor to oversee daily CDI team production and quality, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with CMS, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and related standards.

The role requires an active RN license (PHRN or USRN), at least 2 years of inpatient CDI supervisory experience, and strong leadership. Onsite night shift support with collaboration across HIM, coding, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inpatient CDI supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with active RN license (PHRN or USRN).
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and risk adjustment; CPT/HCPCS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CDI team production and quality.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and CMS/OIG compliance.
• Coach and develop CDI staff; manage onboarding and performance.
• Collaborate with HIM, coding, and billing teams to resolve denials.
