Job summary

Microgenesis Business Systems in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong) seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead pre-sales activities for CCTV, access control, and security solutions. You will design solutions, prepare BOM/BOQ, and support PoC activities, working with Sales and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pre-sales or solution engineering, strong customer engagement and English communication, and willingness to travel for site visits inside and outside Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, CS or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering or related technical roles.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, physical security and structured cabling preferred.
• Experience in designing surveillance/access control solutions and POC demonstrations.
• Strong customer engagement and presentation skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end pre-sales activities, including requirements analysis, BOM/BOQ, and technical proposal preparation.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions based on project needs.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, solution presentations.
• Provide technical support for Proof of Concept (POC), bidding, technical clarifications, and other project-related requirements.
• Support project handover and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Project Delivery teams to develop opportunities and support business targets.
• Provide technical guidance to internal and external customers and project stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
