Job summary

Bizu Patisserie & Bistro is seeking a Catering Sr. Sales Accounts Executive in Makati to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding the catering client base. You will craft customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

The role collaborates with internal teams to plan events, coordinate tastings, and oversee proposal execution, while tracking performance against sales targets in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Identify and pursue potential clients including event planners, corporations and individuals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Create tailored catering proposals and quotations to meet client needs.
• Negotiate terms and finalize contracts for mutual benefit.
• Foster long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on catering solutions, pricing, and menu customization.
• Coordinate with Event Coordinators, Kitchen and Operations for seamless execution.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline, and client satisfaction to drive growth.
• Attend events and represent the brand to promote services and secure leads.
