Zusammenfassung

Century Pacific Food, Inc is seeking a Category Management Specialist to execute category commercial plans aligned with budget and IBP processes. You will translate brand strategies into actionable category plans, analyze shopper behavior, support new product launches with sales materials, monitor promotions and forecasting, and coordinate with sales and activation teams to ensure proper execution.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or brand support, preferably in FMCG.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an eye for shopper insights and trends.
Experience in campaign monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting tools.
