Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Category Management Specialist to drive category plans aligned with brand strategies and IBP processes at our Manila office.

You will translate shopper insights into actionable plans, support launches with clear sales materials, monitor promotions and forecasts, and work with sales and activation teams to ensure successful category execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or brand support, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an eye for shopper insights and trends.
• Experience in campaign monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting tools.
