Job summary

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is hiring for a cashier/FOH position in Tagaytay. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions with accuracy. Experience in food service is preferred, and staying near Tagaytay is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least graduate of Senior High School (new curriculum) / High School (old curriculum).
• At least 3 months relevant experience in food industry (food and beverage services).
• Preferably living nearby/in Tagaytay

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the establishments with a smile.
• Takes orders and suggests items without being pushy.
• Informs customers about estimated wait times for food to be served.
• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
• Computes and records total transactions using sales breakdown; hands over to Store Manager/OIC.
• Compiles and maintains monetary and non-monetary reports and records.
• Prepares, assembles and dispatches food to customers accurately and promptly.
• Makes advance calls, counts pending orders per item, and informs kitchen staff.
• Maintains clean and orderly cashier/dispatch areas.
• Stocks condiments on shelves and other items in an orderly manner.
• Attends to customers' queries and provides information when allowed.
• Attends to delivery orders and ensures completeness of the ordered products.
• Practices FIFO and updates labels of condiments, beverages, utensils.

2. Order takes and does suggestive selling without being pushy or annoying.
3. Advises customer of the number of minutes to wait for the food to be serve.
4. Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
5. Computes and records total transactions using sales breakdown and gives to Store Manager / OIC.
6. Compiles and maintains monetary and non-monetary reports and records.
7. Accurately and properly prepares, assembles and dispatches food to the customers.
8. Does advance call when needed and counts all the pending orders (per item) and informs the kitchen crew.
9. Maintains clean and orderly cashier/dispatch areas.
10. Stocks condiments on shelves and other items in an orderly manner.
11. Attends to customers' queries, and provides information only when allowed to do so.
12. Attends to delivery orders and ensure completeness of the ordered product
13. Practice FIFO and update labels of condiments, beverages, utensils.
