Job summary

Aerophone Enterprises & Co. is seeking a diligent Retail Cashier to greet customers, handle inquiries, and process payments at our Tagaytay-area store. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to price accuracy and loss prevention.

You will open/close the store, manage cash and card transactions, train new cashiers, and help maintain the storefront and displays. Shifts are required, and telco experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience in retail or telco is advantageous.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries including phone inquiries and direct them to appropriate party.
• Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures.
• Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customer.
• Handle cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store.
• Answer routine billing questions and issues from customers.
• Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location including cash handling and deposits.
• Train and supervise new cashiers.
• Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required.
