Job summary

Aerophone Enterprises & Co. is seeking a diligent cashier in Biñan, Laguna to welcome customers and assist with payments, inquiries, and basic store operations.

You will help ensure price accuracy, handle cash and card transactions, and support daily reporting while maintaining a friendly, professional store front. Training will be provided; shifts are required to cover store hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, motivated and fast learner.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Telco experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
• Handle customer inquiries including phone inquiries and direct them to appropriate party
• Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
• Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customer
• Handle cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store
• Answer routine billing questions and issues from customers
• Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location including cash handling and deposits
• Train and supervise new cashiers
• Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
• Submit Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
