About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier and Sales Assistant to join our team at Motosiklos – Valenzuela Branch. This is a full-time position that will play an important role in assisting customers, processing sales and payment transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling cash and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently

2. Issuing receipts, invoices, and other necessary sales documents

3. Assisting customers with motorcycle inquiries, orders, pricing, and payment options

4. Assisting the Sales Team in processing customer requirements and sales transactions

5. Balancing cash on hand and preparing daily collection and sales reports

6. Coordinating with the accounting and financing teams regarding payments and customer documents

7. Maintaining accurate records of cash transactions, sales, and customer information

8. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns professionally

9. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and cashier area

10. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a cashier, sales assistant, or similar position, preferable in a motorcycle or automotive dealership

2. Strong numerical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills

4. Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales documentation, and Microsoft Office

5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

6. Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company funds and documents

7. Ability to work well with the Sales and Branch Operations teams

8. High school diploma or equivalent; college graduate is an advantage

9. Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
