Motosiklos – Marikina Branch is seeking a Branch Mechanic to inspect, maintain and repair motorcycles and to prepare units for release. This full-time role requires hands-on mechanical work and strong attention to safety.
You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, keep repair records, and assist customers with basic technical questions. Based in Marikina with a supportive team environment.
We are seeking a Branch Mechanic to join our team at Motosiklos – Marikina Branch. This is a full-time position responsible for performing motorcycle inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure that motorcycles are in safe and excellent working condition. The Branch Mechanic will also assist in preparing motorcycles for release and provide technical support to customers when needed.
Performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems and identifying necessary repairs
Conducting preventive maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, tune-ups, and adjustments
Inspecting motorcycles before release to ensure they are in proper working condition
Performing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and ensuring motorcycles meet quality and safety standards
Checking and maintaining motorcycle engines, brakes, tires, batteries, suspension, and other components
Installing and replacing motorcycle parts and accessories as needed
Assisting customers with basic technical concerns and providing appropriate recommendations
Maintaining proper records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used
Keeping the service area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Ensuring proper use and care of company tools and equipment
Following safety procedures and company policies at all times
Coordinating with the Branch Head regarding motorcycle repair and maintenance concerns
Performing other duties related to motorcycle servicing as assigned
Previous experience as a motorcycle mechanic, preferably in a motorcycle dealership or service center
Knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to use basic mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on mechanical work
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
TESDA Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NC II certification is an advantage
High school graduate or equivalent; vocational/technical training is preferred
