Daytona Motorcycles Philippines Inc. is hiring a dedicated motorcycle technician to perform repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting in Laguna. You will also support the Sales Team with service promotions and engage customers directly.
The role requires customer-facing skills, willingness to travel with the Sales Team, and the ability to present promotional content for videos and reels. A Mechanical Engineering degree or TESDA NC II is preferred.
Perform motorcycle repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on all motorcycle units.
Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance solutions.
Advise customers on proper motorcycle operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Assist the Sales Team in implementing service promotions, marketing activities, and customer engagement programs.
Support field activities with the Sales Team to promote products and services.
Ensure the proper use, maintenance, organization, and safekeeping of tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including the proper disposal of waste materials.
Coordinate with the team to achieve service and sales targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Serve as a host or presenter for the company's promotional content, including videos, reels, and other digital marketing materials, when required.
All the jobs needed to do the Product Research and Development such as market research, product planning, product development, operation of the machines, making prototype samples, testing and evaluating the samples, and making a report to vendors and customers.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities outside the primary scope of the position when reasonably assigned by management, particularly those that can support the team's operations and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Company.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
Holder of TESDA Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NC II (preferred) or an equivalent technical certification.
Applicants without NC II may be considered if they can successfully pass the company's Motorcycle Service Trade Test or have at least three (3) years of experience in the motorcycle or small engine servicing industry.
Knowledgeable in motorcycle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and willing to appear as a host or presenter in the company's promotional videos, reels, and other social media content.
Willing to travel and work in the field together with the Sales Team.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
