Job summary

Motosiklos is seeking a reliable Cashier and Sales Assistant for the Marikina Branch. This full-time role involves handling cash, processing sales, and assisting customers with motorcycle inquiries and payments.

You will support daily branch operations and ensure accurate documentation. Key duties include issuing receipts, balancing cash, and preparing daily reports while coordinating with accounting on payments.

Qualifications

• Experience as cashier or sales assistant in automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient with cash handling and sales documentation.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and other necessary sales documents.
• Assist customers with motorcycle inquiries, orders, pricing, and payment options.
• Support the Sales Team in processing customer requirements and sales transactions.
• Balance cash on hand and prepare daily collection and sales reports.
• Coordinate with accounting and financing teams regarding payments and documents.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, sales and customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and cashier area.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
