Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions for Cash Management Services (CMS).

The role collaborates with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define functional specifications, assess solutions, and support testing and implementation. The position also drives System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and quality assurance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience in business analysis and systems analysis.
• Experience in banking, payments, cash management or financial technology initiatives is desirable.
• Strong requirements management, process analysis, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on SIT/UAT, test design, defect management, and test reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and project documentation.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Analyze processes to identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate deliverables and project activities with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and test result reporting.
• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to validate solution designs and implement enhancements.
• Support project implementation and post-implementation activities and issue resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards.
