Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specs and identify non-functional needs for solution architecture.

You will liaise with end users to detail requirements, map them to system capabilities, and drive transition from requirements to deployment. You will gain a deeper understanding of business processes, product features, and banking-related projects while shaping test cases and conducting functional testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT
• 3–5 years of experience driving business requirements in financial services / banking
• End-to-end project experience from requirements to deployment
• Translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases
• Finance/Banking project exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements based on business requirements and identify non-functional requirements for the solution architect
• Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end users to detail the requirements
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will implement their business requirements
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome
• Understand product features and out-of-box requirements and map functional requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives
• Support product evaluation during the service definition phase
• Manage changes in functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements
• Assist in conducting functional testing
