• Perform reconciliations, end-of-day balancing, inventory management, and reports.
• Assist in system testing, process reviews, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for fresh graduates and experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Cash Management Associate.

In this role, you will support the Bank's cash management disbursement operations by processing transactions accurately and ensuring timely service for clients and internal stakeholders. You will also help drive process improvements, respond to inquiries, and maintain compliance with service standards, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.

What the role will entail

• Process and monitor Cash Management Services (CMS) disbursement transactions, including check printing, manager's checks, and related payment requests.
• Ensure the accurate, timely, and complete processing of transactions while meeting agreed service levels and operational standards.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, stores, banks, and internal stakeholders regarding disbursement-related concerns.
• Perform transaction reconciliations, end-of-day balancing, inventory management, and report preparation to support daily operations.
• Assist in system testing, process reviews, and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards while providing support to other operational teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any business, finance, accounting, management or any related field.
• Experience in banking operations, cash management, or back-office functions; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and review transactions.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with systems and operational tools.
