You will receive collections from couriers, issue receipts, perform cash handovers in Fareye, and reconcile end-of-day cash against remittance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Excel are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–2 years experience in cash handling
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Licensure/certification is a plus

Aufgaben

• Receives collections from express couriers/tellers/truckers
• Issues official receipts and records all transactions accurately
• Do cash hand over & bank hand over in Fareye system
• Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, matching remittance totals
• Prepares and deposits collected cash and checks to the bank
• Safekeeps cash, checks, and financial documents to prevent loss or fraud
• Release of cash deposits to bank roving teller with 100% deposited collections
• Update COD transactions remitted as Failed to Success in FE System
• Report discrepancies in remittance to immediate leader
• Do validations for weekly & YTD unremitted transactions for branch
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Assist auditors during cash audits
• Handle any other duties as assigned
