Job summary

2GO Group in Davao City, Philippines, seeks a Cash Handling Specialist to process and receive collections, issue receipts, and ensure on-time deposits while maintaining strict controls and accurate reporting.

You will perform end-of-day reconciliations, bank deposits, and safekeeping of cash and financial documents. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in cash handling, with strong attention to detail and Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any four-year course.
• 1–2 years of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives collections from express couriers/tellers/truckers.
• Issues receipts and records transactions accurately.
• Do cash hand over and bank hand over in Fareye system.
• End-of-day cash reconciliation with remittance totals.
• Prepare and deposit collected cash and checks to the bank.
• Safekeep cash, checks, and financial documents.
• Generate EOD remittance report in Iremit for tagging.
• Report remittance discrepancies to immediate leader.
