Duties include currency verification to detect counterfeit money, depositing collections daily or next business day, safeguarding undeposited funds, and validating bank-issued checks.

Mansioni

• Ensures understanding and compliance with the Policies and Procedures on Cash Management.
• Receives payments and issues provisional or official receipts for cash and field collections.
• Examines currency to detect counterfeit or damaged money.
• Deposits collections to the company’s depository bank at the end of the day or the next working day.
• Ensures undeposited collections at end of the day are secured as prescribed by LGC’s Policies and Procedures.
• Endorses personal checks to the Business Manager after bank verifications and approvals.
• Validates and confirms manager’s checks and cashier’s checks issued to the company.
