Job summary

Premier Heavy Equipment Inc. in Davao City is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury/AR Clerk to join our finance team in Davao City. You will handle cash, credit and online collections, and maintain orderly records in the ERP system.

Responsibilities include preparing remittance summaries, filing invoices and SOAs, monitoring deposits, assisting petty cash, creating new customer IDs, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Experience with ERP and accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Treasury or Credit and Collection preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record cash, check, and online collections in the AR module of the ERP system.
• Prepare a 'Remittance Summary' with attachments for sign-off.
• Compile, file, and securely store invoices, SOAs, and attachments for unpaid items.
• Monitor customer deposits and remittance payments; notify C&C associates.
• Assist in the disbursement of petty cash funds.
• Create customer IDs for new clients in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct heads.
