Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a reliable cashier/payments specialist to ensure timely processing of customer payments for delivery and pickup services. You will reconcile daily collections and safeguard funds while supporting branch operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve transaction issues, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with financial controls. Flexibility for shifts and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in cashiering, cash handling, or payments.
• Knowledge of cash management and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with collections, remittances, and shipment transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments for delivery, pickup, and related services.
• Issue receipts and payment acknowledgments; record cash and non-cash transactions.
• Reconcile daily collections and prepare end-of-day cash balancing reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers on payment concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, remittances, waybills, and PODs; ensure compliance.
