Job summary

You will process cash, card, and digital payments, issue receipts, maintain accurate cash counts, and coordinate with Sales and Accounting to resolve payment concerns.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Excel and communication skills are preferred. The role requires maintaining a tidy cashier area and supporting daily sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience as cashier or sales associate is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment processing.
• MS Excel proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive cash, card, Gcash and other payments.
• Issue official receipts and document transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure accurate counts.
• Assist customers with inquiries on payments, products, purchases.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounting on transactions and payment concerns.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and cash reports.
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of cash collections.
• Keep cashier area clean and organized.
• Perform other cashiering and sales-related duties as assigned.
