Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking a provisioning professional with a strong telecom and carrier relations background. You will handle LEC interfaces, port-in/port-out orders, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires solid problem-solving, effective escalation management, and the ability to generate reports using Excel and Gemini. A 2–5 year track record in telecom provisioning is preferred, with CCNA knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and carrier interfaces.
• Strong understanding of network topologies and LAN/WAN basics.
• CCNA level knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, WAN, firewalls).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Effective team management and escalation handling.
• Experience with report creation using Excel and Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge about Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and interfaces.
• Carrier Management: negotiate port-in/port-out with LECs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project alignment and delivery.
• Proactively manage technical and process escalations.
• Provide timely support to team on complex orders.
• Contribute to process improvement ideas.
