Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking a telecom provisioning specialist with a strong technical background in carrier relations and network provisioning workflows. You will play a key role in coordinating with LECs and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in telecom provisioning, CCNA knowledge, and a solid understanding of LAN/WAN topologies. You will escalate issues, support complex orders, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of telecom provisioning experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and carrier interfaces.
• Strong understanding of network topologies (LAN/WAN) and security basics.
• CCNA level knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Good team management and escalation handling.

Key responsibilities

• Basic knowledge about the Local exchange carrier and LEC (Local exchange carrier)
• Carrier Management: Effectively communicate and negotiate with Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) regarding port-in and port-out orders
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
• Escalation Management: Proactively handle technical and process-related escalations, ensuring effective de-escalation and resolution
• Provide timely support to the team members while on complex orders
• Work on process improvement ideas

About you
