Job summary

Nezda Global is seeking a CargoWise Process Specialist to support global freight forwarding and logistics operations. The role focuses on processing import/export shipments in CargoWise One, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers, customs brokers, and customers, monitor shipments, and resolve operational issues while maintaining compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise One.
• CargoWise Certified (CCO, CCS, or CCP) required.

Responsibilities

• Process import/export shipments using CargoWise One.
• Manage shipment documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, customs brokers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
