Job summary

Philippine Airlines Inc. is seeking a Billing Assistant to support cargo billing operations, including invoice review, validation of charges, and maintaining records. You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve billing discrepancies.

You will also assist in budget monitoring, CAPEX program, and handling government permits and regulatory documents for the Cargo Division. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Relevant work experience in billing, accounting, finance, or administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate billing statements and invoices for cargo operations.
• Check charges against purchase orders, delivery documents, and handling details.
• Encode and process validated transactions in the accounting system; maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in processing credit memos and billing adjustments; ensure records are complete.
