Topserve-Service-Solutions,-Inc in Parañaque is seeking a Billing Assistant responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices for air and sea freight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Fresh graduates are welcome and experience in logistics or billing is advantageous. You will support billing adjustments, issue credit and debit notes, and coordinate with vendors to resolve

Competenze

• Must be a college graduate in accounting/finance/business admin or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or billing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Review and validate vendor invoices for air and sea freight (airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, handlers, trucking, and other service providers).
• Process billing adjustments, including issuance and validation of credit and debit notes.
