Job summary

TigerUX seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead interview targets, placements, and service quality in its US night-shift recruitment operations based in Taguig. You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to workflows and standards.

Responsibilities include regular 1:1s, real-time feedback, and escalation of performance issues with documentation. This role requires leadership, strong English communication, and experience managing high-volume centers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong coaching and team development skills.
• Experience handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven supervisory experience in quality, CRM/ATS accuracy, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly targets for interviews, placements, and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure consistent adherence to workflows and standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
• Provide real-time feedback and skills development support.
• Escalate persistent issues with documentation.
• Manage schedules and workload distribution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Provide escalation support for complex cases.
