Job summary

You will contact students by calls/messages, explain course structures, assist with enrollment, and track progress in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Current student (final-year or pre-final-year) with up to 2 backlogs.
• Minimum CGPA 6.
• Willing to work from Noida office.
• Interest in sales, counselling, or student-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Student interaction and counselling with prospective learners via calls/messages.
• Enrollment and sales support, explaining programs and payment timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare basic reports.
• Manage pipeline and weekly lead follow-ups toward targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding students.
