Medtronic Philippines, Inc invites skilled professionals to join the Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) team as Technical Sales Representatives. The role combines field-based customer engagement with remote work to support hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare professionals across the Philippines.

You will drive portfolio utilization, deliver clinical education, and partner with healthcare teams to address customer needs while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in sales, clinical support, or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to provide technical product support and training to healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders within the territory.
• Provide technical and clinical support during product evaluations, implant procedures, follow-up activities, and training sessions.
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives, account growth, and portfolio adoption targets.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to healthcare professionals on CRDM technologies and therapy applications.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account development and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform territory strategies.
• Maintain accurate territory records, forecasts, and customer activity documentation in approved systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
