Job summary

GCash, part of Mynt, is seeking a Cards Product Owner for GXI Commercial – B2C to drive product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

You will focus on customer experience, regulatory alignment, revenue growth, and adoption, leading design and development from strategy through delivery in a fast-paced FinTech environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product ownership, or product development.
• Understanding of product systems, processes, business requirements, and applicable rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset with ability to deliver quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design activities for assigned products, aligning with business objectives and strategy.
• Evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize user stories based on value and needs.
• Conduct experience reviews and competitive assessments to identify improvements.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys across front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate requirements (regulatory, commercial, operational).
• Plan, organize, execute, monitor, and manage product builds for timely delivery.
• Develop user stories and PSD documents to communicate requirements to teams.
• Maintain product backlog and track defects, enhancements, and issues.
