Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product ownership, or product development.
• Understanding of product systems, processes, business requirements, and applicable rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and dependencies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design activities for assigned products and align with strategy.
• Evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize user stories and themes.
• Map end-to-end journeys across front-end and back-end systems for analysis.
