Job summary

GCash seeks a Cards Product Owner to lead product design and delivery for GXI Commercial – B2C. You will drive roadmap execution, prioritize work by value, and work with cross-functional teams to ship features that improve experience, meet regulatory needs, and grow revenue.

Responsibilities include user-story creation, PSD documentation, backlog management, and agile ceremony participation to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product design and development for fintech or digital services.
• Understanding of UX and customer journey mapping principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design activities and map end-to-end customer journeys.
• Prioritize user stories and epics based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time with quality.
