Qualifications

As the Product Development Department Head, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative card products and solutions, helping position China Bank's Cards Business as the preferred payment card provider in the market. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will drive product strategy, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and established bank policies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct and oversee market research, industry trends analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.


• Develop, enhance, and manage innovative card products, features, and services.
