FILINVEST COMPANY: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT is seeking a Captain Waiter/Waitress to assist in ensuring smooth operations across Food & Beverage sections. The Timberland Highlands Resort Food & Beverage Service maximizes profits, maintains food / beverage / service quality and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include briefing staff, ensuring proper setup for events, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting to improve management decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• At least 2 years work experience in an international class hotel.
• Can communicate well.
• Can start immediately.
• Amenable to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer requests.
• To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.
• Ensures that staffs are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service.
• Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
• Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
• Ensures the set-up for functions is prepared before the event.
• Brief staffs on station assignments and side duties at the beginning of the shift.
• Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
