Private Advertiser operates a chef-centric lifestyle restaurant that opened in Q2 2023 in the CBD/Chinatown area, serving contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine with a focus on heritage and guest experiences. We are seeking honest, keen and passionate individuals who share and believe in our philosophy and values.

Primary role is to maintain a consistent standard of service, quality and cleanliness in the dining area following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in assigned work station's activities
• Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day’s business
• Take all guest orders by following proper guest serving procedures
• Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels for guests
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to the guests
• Clear all soiled dishes, glassware and cutleries from guests' tables to dishwashing area
• Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
• Coordinate all serving responsibilities so that all guests in restaurant receive prompt, efficient and courteous service
