Qualifications

• 2 years of QA or quality operations experience in content safety.
• Proficiency in Tagalog and English to collaborate with global partners.
• Good understanding of generative AI, online safety, and content trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze errors in platform/moderation quality and provide feedback to the relevant team.
• Help develop quality inspection standards and optimize processes and systems.
• Lead policy cascading, clarification, and calibration sessions for policy understanding.
• Prepare high-level and detailed reports on Market/Site Quality Level metrics.
• Coordinate with Process Delivery, Policy Enforcement, and Content Ops to ensure product safety.
