Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in search engine evaluation.
• Fluent in English as working language.
• Background in QA with familiarity in search engines, SEO, and product algorithms.
• Overseas work or training experience is beneficial.
• Strong ability to learn and understand new concepts.
• Deep understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
• Attention to detail and ability to use data analysis to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks: quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and handling escalations for evaluation projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation.
• Conduct daily audits and provide error analysis to R&D and Product Manager.
• Monitor evaluator quality scores and conduct root cause analysis with management.
• Record daily output, analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Localize guidelines and coordinate training schedules to ensure go-live within timelines.
• Deliver product/guideline training to new joiners and support knowledge testing.
• Handle exposure to content including sensitive material as part of escalation processes.
