Qualifications

• Proven experience in capacity planning, preferably in a contact center or service environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting and data analysis.
• Proficient in capacity planning tools and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
