Transcom is seeking an Assistant Workforce Manager (Capacity Planning) to join our Pasig or Davao sites. You will analyze historical data, forecast demand, and develop strategies to optimize staffing and resource allocation across operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in capacity planning, and collaboration with Operations, HR, and Finance. You will report to the Capacity Planning lead and contribute to service level achievement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capacity planning, preferably in a contact center or service environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting expertise.
• Proficient in capacity planning tools and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct capacity analyses from historical data and forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop capacity forecasts.
• Determine staffing levels and resource allocation based on forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs like service level, occupancy, and utilization.
• Suggest process improvements and automate recurring tasks.
• Communicate plans and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc capacity reports.
