Qualifications

• Flexible for month-end cycles, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to external clients by answering queries on pricing, billing, delivery, etc.
• Assist clients in using portals and systems, including registration and updates.
• Process basic order-to-cash activities for external clients.
• Maintain master data related to materials, pricing, surcharges, etc.
• Assist internal stakeholders in investigating and resolving master data issues.
• Prepare, review, and generate straightforward contracts and incentives for clients.
• Generate reports on price expiration and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize MS Office and electronic systems in daily work.
• Seek guidance from subject matter experts when needed.
• Resolve issues through investigation, documentation, and escalation.
