J-K Netwok Services in Cebu is seeking a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative to join our BPO team. You will conduct outbound campaigns, engage prospects in Cantonese and English, and drive sales. This on-site role offers dayshift schedule and a competitive package.

Candidates open to undergraduates or graduates, with experience in sales and CRM tools, are welcomed. Training provided and opportunities for growth within a global outsourcing leader.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably B2B.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and meeting targets.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Communicate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English as needed.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
