Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese with conversational English.
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates.
• Open to foreign nationals with permanent visa.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers and refunds.
• Handle issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
• Assist with account access issues (login, verification, security).
• Manage complaints from buyers and sellers; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
• Respond to inquiries about bookings, promos and reservations via email and chat.
