Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Cantonese Bilingual Healthcare Broker to support Cantonese-speaking members and providers with inquiries and complex requests. The role involves coordinating with healthcare and insurance partners, ensuring accurate handling of information, and maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in Cantonese and English, have strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable on a night shift, onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written.
• At least 6 months of BPO, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cantonese-speaking members, clients, and healthcare providers with inquiries and requests.
• Handle calls and other forms of communication related to healthcare services and benefits.
• Explain healthcare coverage, benefits, procedures, and related information clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and internal teams when necessary.
• Review and process healthcare-related information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of interactions.
• Follow established healthcare, privacy, and company procedures.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or department.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
