• Explain healthcare coverage, benefits, procedures, and related information clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and internal teams when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of interactions.

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or department.
