Private Advertiser is seeking a Burmese-English Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to support members with coverage, claims, billing, and benefits information in Pasig City.

The role requires excellent bilingual communication, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to navigate systems while maintaining security and accuracy. Onsite work is required, with preference for healthcare/BPO experience.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Burmese language skills.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• High School or equivalent education completed.
• Customer service, healthcare, insurance, or BPO experience preferred.
• Able to navigate basic computer systems and input data.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
