Job summary

Chevron Philippines Global Service Center in Manila is seeking a Cantonese-speaking customer service professional to manage fuel card inquiries, loyalty products and StarCard applications. You will coordinate with Hong Kong counterparts on account setups, billing, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email for fuel cards and related products.
End-to-end processing of StarCard applications and related account setup.
Coordinate with Hong Kong in-country stakeholders for delivery and rebates.
Monitor application status and assist with data privacy and due diligence tasks.
Support monthly reporting, billings, rebates, and related reconciliations.
